We want you to travel with confidence, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all it luggage products in their original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our simple return process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Luggage

  Ensure the suitcase is placed back in its original protective packaging with all hangtags attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
